Change of organiser
Change of organiser André Vergauwen Cup finals 2012.
The organiser of the 2012 André Vergauwen Cup finals, the Spanish club Aldasa Amfiv, is due to the bad economical situation, no longer able to organise the finals of the 2012 André Vergauwen Cup.
The Spanish club Fundacion Grupo Norte is willing to take over the organisation of these finals from the club of Vigo, which thankfully has been accepted by the Competitions Commission.
As a consequence of this the Competitions Commission have to take Fundacion Grupo Norte out of the EuroLeague 1, group B competition, and to find a replacement club to take over the open spot.
Further the IWBF Europe Technical Commission and Competitions Commission needs to check whether or not all nominated ITOs are still available to go to Valladolid. Once they have confirmed the office will start booking new flights.

Date change Champions Cup finals
Galatasaray, after consulting with the Turkish (able-body) Basketball Federation has proposed to go back one week earlier (to the originally proposed dates) for the IWBF Europe Champions Cup Finals. Otherwise, we would have played in the same city our finals with the Euroleague Finals, which was not in Galatasaray’s and possibly our interest, also because of TV and media coverage.
