In conjunction with
the IWBF, a logo competition was launched last year, which
resulted in a new logo for the IWBF and its Zones. With the new
logo, the IWBF and Zones are following as much as possible the
FIBA structure.
For the European
Zone it means that blue is our colour, which you will find in
the globe of logo and in the bottom text.
Further,
the Executive Committee decided in
its
last meeting to change our name "EuroZone" in IWBF
Europe. As all our stationary, regulations etc. have to be
adapted to this new name,
it will take a while before this
has
happened, but we start using the new name as of now.
Also,
we are preparing a "style
guide" for the use of our logo by third parties.
We
will publish this style guide as soon as possible and
we will
make the logo
available for downloading.
