The IWBF Europe Standing
Committee for Competitions seeks cooperation with clubs wishing to
participate in the 2005 EuroCup Competitions.
Due to the Paralympic Games, which takes place from 17 - 29 September
2004, the committee is obliged to hold their next meeting on Saturday
04 September 2004. In this meeting decisions have to be taken
which clubs will be awarded with the hosting of a round and or final
of one of the EuroCup competitions. Further decisions will be taken
about the pool allocations etc.
This all means that the preparations of the meeting should be finished
by the end of August at the latest. Site visits to possible bidders of
a round should have been finalised and reports of the visits prepared
for the meeting.
Therefore the Committee is asking clubs not to wait until the latest
moment to take a decision whether or not to participate or to host a
preliminary round or final in 2005.
