Updated art 18.C.

Below please find an updated art 18. c. of the Manual of Regulations for the Conduct of Wheelchair Basketball Championships in Europe.

This change is made due to a discrepancy in the IWBF Player Regulations and our Manual.

This article will replace the old art 18.C. 1 & 2 with immediate effect.

c.     Status of players

 (1)     European Championships

The national status of all players must be in conformity with the "Regulations governing the national status of players" as adopted by IWBF. 

(2)     EuroCup Competitions

All players have to be members of the team from December 1^st until the end of the EuroCup Competition (Preliminary or Final Round), of the year in which the EuroCup Competition concerned takes place and they must be eligible to play according to their NOWB regulations. A player may not be licensed by more than one IWBF Europe NOWB at the same time. Players that are also registered in another Zone must prove to IWBF Europe that they have played the majority of the national league games for the club playing in the EuroCup competition, to be eligible to participate in the EuroCup competition.
Proof should be given by copies of the score sheets.
