The IWBF Europe Executive
Committee congratulate the Turkish Sports Federation for the Disabled
with the awarding of the European Championship U22
(Juniors).
The Turkish Federation was the only NOWB that has submitted a bid
before the deadline passed. After the site visit carried out by a
delegation of the Standing Committee for Competitions a positive
advise has been given to Executive Committee.
The Championship will be
held from 28 August till 04 September 2006 in Istanbul.
