To inform the members about the progress towards the ECJ 2004 and the status about the entries of teams.

To discuss the fact that none of the teams eligible for the Championships has made a bid. Knockout games will be held in case no NOWB makes a bid before 31^st December 2004.

To inform the members about the pool allocation and hosting of the rounds.
