It’s almost EuroCup Time!

The new year is here and so is the start of the European club competition! Just three weeks left. The group rounds of the Champions Cup and the EuroCup 1 tip-off on Friday 31 January. Spread across Europe in 5 different locations, 25 clubs will compete during the first weekend of February. The main goals are to conquer a spot in the Champions Cup quarter finals taking place in March or continue to the EuroCup 1 Final at the end of April.
Following the withdrawal of Mideba Extremadura from the EuroCup 2025, there is a new team from Great Britain in this year EuroCup competition. Jaguars WBC will be joining EC1B as a ‘guest’ team. This means they will play the scheduled games against each team and the results of the games will count towards every team’s final standing. However, if Jaguars WBC finishes in a position that qualifies for EuroCup Finals, they will not be eligible to take the place at the Final. Instead, the next team in the group ranking will instead qualify for the EuroCup Final. Jaguars WBC also does not receive any ranking points for playing in EuroCup as a guest team.
