EuroCup 2024 allocation updates

The Champions Cup Final 4 will take place in Albacete, Spain, on 2-5 May 2024, hosted by current Champions Cup champions BSR Amiab Albacete.

Some changes had to be made to the EuroCup 2024 allocations.
