The Coach Development Camp is taking place on 12-14 March 2026 at the Olympic & Paralympic Training center Papendal, the Netherlands.

COACHES
Josef Jaglowski
Josef lives and breathes wheelchair basketball. A short summary of Josef’s basketball background will not
do justice to his remarkable career.
Master of Sports in Basketball. Diploma of the Institute of Physical Education and Sports in the profession of
Basketball Coach/Teacher (1973-1978). Professional basketball player from 1974 to 1989 in German
Bundesliga. FIBA License, Wheelchair Basketball Coach License of the Basketball Federation of Germany,
France and Italy.
Irene Sloof
Irene is currently the head coach of the Dutch wheelchair basketball Talent program. For many years
wheelchair basketbal players were trained to be players for the national team programs.
With men’s and women’s national teams many success were achieved, with golden medals at the
Paralympics in Tokyo 2020 and Paris 2024.
Irene will mainly be involved with the organization of this Coach Development Camp.
